Information we collect
When you request a booking we collect your name, email address and phone number; your trip details (service type, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, passengers, vehicle, child seats and any notes such as a flight number); and an optional promo code.
To protect the booking form from abuse, our server also records the IP address a reservation was sent from.

How we use it
We use your information to price your trip, process and confirm your reservation, contact you about it and send your confirmation email.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Address suggestions and routing
While you type an address, the text is sent from our server to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder and to Photon (OpenStreetMap data) to suggest matching addresses. Driving distances are calculated from the selected locations.
These lookups are made by our server; your name and contact details are not included.

Email and retention
Booking details are emailed to our dispatch team and to you. We keep booking records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
